What if there were a way to overcome your bad eating habits, addictions, and burdens? What if there were a way to gain sufficient confidence that you could invoke your innate powers? A being who can discipline themselves to do the Reset Fast on a regular basis can resist every temptation, desire, overcome any burden, and become free from fear. ​

 

The difference between dieting and the Reset Fast is that while you are engaged in the Reset Fast, and abstaining from cooked foods or junk foods, you are focusing your thoughts on reclaiming back your control and power. By directing your attention to your inner power, through deep airing (breathing), affirmations and intentions throughout your day, you will discover that you can go for a long time without cooked foods or junk foods and still not feel hungry, because hunger is thirst and you will be honoring your operating system's request for water.

 

You do not experience hunger, instead you experience thirst. ​ The Reset Fast is one of the most primal challenges we can set for ourselves.  The Reset Fast outlines the limitations of our own self-control and shows us the degree of our enslavement to cooked foods or junk foods.​

 

The Reset Fast deepens our appreciation of real foods (herbs) as a gift and as nourishment.  It also reveals our dependence on structures such as mealtimes.

 

The Reset Fast very quickly produces an altered state of consciousness through physical and mental stress.  The Reset Fast alters our cellular structure and essence, opening up higher realms within and radically changing our perceptions.  

We are told by the controllers within this augmented reality that fasting is dangerous but in truth, they instill doubt and fear so we don't fast and remain stuck in lower frequencies. ​ The Reset Fast helps us to get rid of arrogance, it helps us to see ourselves more clearly and it helps us to let go of the illusions clogging our consciousness.  When we do the Reset Fast we become more aware of our imperfections accumulated by our own negative thinking and belief systems.  Our awaken conscience recognizes them and we begin our journey of awakening toward higher states of being. ​

 

There is no other way for certain powers to emerge from within you, except through the Reset Fast, because the Reset Fast is a path of truth and righteousness which removes both physical and mental obstacles, allowing your energy to express freely through you. ​ You can embark on the Reset Fast for a particular purpose, such as for healing, waste loss, supernatural abilities, or simply because you enjoy the depth of spiritual awareness you experience while you are fasting. ​

 

One side effect of doing regular Reset Fasts (Seeker) is that you will experience a deepened supernatural awareness of your health and life. You will begin to open yourself to information that was not available to you before. You will begin to clearly hear the communication from the Most High (frequency)  within you. ​ As you remove the obstacles that are clouding your awareness of the Most High (frequency), your Inner Light will begin to activate, spark and shine brighter and you will begin to notice more and more light radiating through your eyes.

 

You will begin to experience a greater sense of profound inner peace and whatever you may want to manifest in your life will begin to manifest faster, simply because you have removed the obstacles from within you. ​ When all the poison has left your operating system during the Reset Fast, you will become a clean, clear channel, a vessel of power. ​Prepare to start a new journey of CELL(f) Empowerment.
