ARE YOU SICK OF BEING TIRED & SICK?

If you need help breaking free from (vegan) drug foods, keep reading!

(Vegan) drug food addicts come in all different shapes and sizes. Some are able to maintain periodic control over their eating behaviour and some are totally unable to control their compulsive eating. If this sounds like you, there’s a good chance that you’re addicted to overeating drug food and perhaps don’t know it. But it’s not your fault. You are not gluttonous, weak-willed, or a bad person. Food addiction is usually framed as an emotional issue, but it is in fact largely a biochemical problem. To put it bluntly, your hormones, taste buds, and brain chemistry have been hijacked by the food chain masters, who enslave us emotionally and mentally by lacing all commercial

(vegans included) foods with addictive chemicals, excess fat, sugar and salt.

No matter how strong the emotional pull of drug food may be, you always have a choice.

IT'S TIME TO BREAK THIS VICIOUS CYCLE ONCE & FOR ALL, DON'T YOU THINK?

Commercial food is a drug. This is an undeniable fact. You can become physiologically addicted, like cocaine. The body shows withdrawal symptoms, like cocaine.

And the body shows a “high” in the brain after consuming commercial food, like cocaine. Eating when you’re emotional produces real, physiological relief like taking a Valium. These are all facts.

I HAVE LIVED THROUGH THE STRUGGLE OF FOOD ADDICTION

I too was once in an oppressive, unhealthy relationship with vegan food. I have experienced the highs and the lows, the guilt and the shame.

I have over eaten and felt extreme pleasures. I have under eaten to compensate for feeling bad about eating too much.

This has been the vicious cycle of my life, until one day I took drastic measures to reclaim back my energy, health and power. Enough was enough!!

DEAR JUNK FOOD

It’s not you, it’s me. I’m addicted to you.

When you call me late at night, when I feel anxious, overwhelmed or depressed – when my self-respect or confidence

falters – I turn to you. I know that you are bad for me, and I always hate myself the morning after, but I get so caught up in the moment that I can’t resist you.

While I’m certainly attracted to you (who wouldn’t be, you’re delicious!), ultimately,

I find our relationship unfulfilling.
We want different things. It’s time for me to respect myself, and your hold over me,

is enough to know that I can’t change you (and I shouldn’t try to) so I need to draw-the-line,

walk away so I can focus on changing myself.

I need to free myself from my unhealthy attachment to you – and the mood-swings! – and move towards a relationship with food that nourishes me. I know that in time, when we see each other out at restaurants or parties, we’ll be able to interact in a much more balanced way,
but we can never be to each other what we once were.

Goodbye, and thanks (very bloody much!) for the love handles
